Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions of use, procedures for use, and other matters necessary for the use of individual subscribers who subscribe to this site (or app).

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
1) Service: Refers to all internet and app services provided by this site, including when provided to members through programs or services developed or built by third parties using APIs disclosed by this site.
2) Member: A user who accesses the Service, agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and is issued an ID and password.
3) Member Information: refers to the personal information of the User, such as name, contact information, e-mail, etc. that the Site requests the User to enter in the membership application form (hereinafter referred to as the “Application Form”).
4) ID (Unique Number): A combination of alphanumeric characters and numbers selected by the Member and approved by the Website to identify the Member and use the Service.
5) Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect the member's personal information.
6) Points (or Miles): refers to intangible tools with no property value and no exchangeable value that the Website grants to the Member for the smooth use of the Service.
7) Level: The level of use granted by the Website to the Member for the smooth use of each service.
8) Post: refers to the symbols (including URL), text, voice, sound, image (including video), image (including photo), file, etc. that a member posts or registers on the services provided by this site.
9) Termination: It refers to the termination of the use contract after the opening of the service by this site or the member.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms)
1) These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by posting them on the screen of this site or notifying users.
2) This Site may amend these Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

Article 4 (Notice of Terms)
The contents and changes to these Terms shall be posted on this Site (or the App).

Article 5 (Rules other than the Terms)
If any matters not specified in these Terms are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they shall be governed by them.

Article 6 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
1) “Do you agree to the Terms of Use?” If the member clicks the “Agree” button on the question “Do you agree to the Terms of Use?” when applying for use, the member shall be deemed to agree to these Terms of Use.
2) The use contract shall be established by the Site's acceptance of the application for use made after the service user's agreement to the Terms of Use.

Article 7 (Application for Use)
1) A person who wishes to become a member and use the Service must fill out the application form in the prescribed form requested by the Website and provide personal identification information online.
2) The member information entered in the application form shall be deemed to be the actual information of the user, and members who do not enter actual information shall not receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service.
3) The user must provide his/her real name or an i-PIN that can replace his/her real name, and a member who does not register with his/her real name (including i-PIN) cannot claim any rights related to the use of the Service. In this case, the Company may take procedures to verify the authenticity of the member and the real name of the member to prevent fraudulent applications for use.
4) In order for children under the age of 14 to use the Service, they must go through the prescribed legal representative's consent procedure required by the Company.
5) The ID of a member who has applied for the use of the Service for fraudulent purposes and methods, such as stealing another person's name (name, resident registration number, or i-PIN, as follows), may be deleted without prior notice, and the member may be punished in accordance with relevant laws such as the Resident Registration Act.

Article 8 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
1) When the user completes the application for use by accurately describing the matters specified in Article 7, this site approves the application after confirming the contents.
2) This site may reserve approval of the use contract for applications falling under any of the following subparagraphs.
(1) If there are technical difficulties
(2) In case of insufficient facilities or technical difficulties
(3) In other cases deemed necessary by the Company.
3) The Site may refuse to accept the User Agreement for applications falling under any of the following subparagraphs.
(1) If you use another person's name or apply under a false name
(2) If the user falsely states the required information or attaches false documents when applying for use.
(3) If the service cannot be provided due to technical reasons
(4) When the application is made for the purpose of interfering with the well-being, order or morals of the organization or society
(5) When the application requirements set forth in Article 7 of these Terms are incomplete or the user cannot be verified.

Article 9 (Change of User Information)
If the user information provided at the time of application for use is changed, the member must make corrections online, and the user is responsible for any problems caused by not making changes.

Article 10 (Termination of Contract)
If the user wishes to terminate the service use contract, the user must apply for termination directly online through this site.

Article 11 (Service Provision Commencement Date)
The date of commencement of service provision shall be from the time the user completes the application for use by accurately filling out the information specified in Article 7 or when the reservation for approval of the application in Article 8.2 is resolved.

Article 12 (Hours of Service Use)
The use of the Service shall be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business and technical difficulties of the Site. However, this does not apply to days or times determined by the Site for regular maintenance of the Service system. In this case, this site shall post the contents in the service guide or notify separately in advance.

Article 13 (Management of User ID, etc.)
1) The user is responsible for all management of the user ID and password.
2) This site performs all user management tasks such as service use restrictions and bulletin board management based on the use ID, and users may not share, transfer, or change the use ID. However, this shall not be the case if the reason is obvious and recognized by this site.
3) The user shall be responsible for any negligence in the use of the service caused by the user ID and password applied for and used by the user, or any unauthorized use by a third party. However, this shall not apply in the event of intentional or gross negligence of this site.

Article 14 (Restrictions on Service Use)
This site may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a certain period of time if the user engages in any of the following acts.
(1) Stealing another's user ID and password
(2) Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service
(3) Engaging in unfounded slanderous or defamatory behavior on this site
(4) Intentionally disseminating content that interferes with public order and morals
(5) If it is judged that the user is using the service for the purpose of undermining national interest or social public interest or for criminal purposes
(7) If the user has committed acts that damage the honor of others or cause disadvantage to them
(8) Intentionally causing harm to the Service or interfering with the healthy use of the Service, such as posting virus-infected material
(9) Infringe the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties, or if it is determined that the intellectual property rights holder may claim that intellectual property rights have been infringed
(10) Modify the information entered in the computer for the Service in a fraudulent manner or utilize it without the prior permission of the Site
(11) Violation of these Terms and Conditions, other terms of use set forth by this Site, and applicable laws and regulations.
(12) If the user is otherwise deemed inappropriate as a user of this site.

Article 15 (Suspension of Service Provision)
This Site may limit or suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases.
1) Unavoidable due to maintenance or construction of service facilities owned by this site
2) Unavoidable due to the repair or construction of the facilities of the hosting company connected to this site
3) When the telecommunications service is suspended by the telecommunications carrier for the period stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
4) When there is an obstacle to the normal use of the Service due to a national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, or excessive use of the Service.

Article 16 (Erasure of File Information and Deletion of User Rights)
1) This site may delete user information and personal information as necessary if it is determined that the capacity of the service facilities is insufficient.
2) This site may restrict the rights of users who have the right to use some services, such as business ID users or free users, as necessary for the needs of this site.
3) This Site may search for information and personal information of users who are deemed to have problems with the operation or security of the Service without prior notice.
4) In the case of Paragraphs 1 and 2, the Site shall notify the User in advance through the Service or e-mail.

Article 17 (Storage Period of Various Data)
The Site may, if necessary, set a certain posting period or storage period for materials posted by the User or materials stored for the User's needs for certain parts of the Service, and may change the period as needed. However, the storage period of the materials shall be in accordance with the contents posted in the service guide or otherwise notified separately.

Article 18 (Obligations and Rights of this Site)
1) Unless there are special circumstances, the 'Website' shall make the Service available from the time the subscription contract is established between the Member and the 'Website'.
2) The Website shall maintain the facilities for providing the Service in an operable condition at all times.
3) This site shall not leak or distribute the personal information of the user known in connection with the service to a third party without the consent of the user; however, if the user selects consultation and additional services at the user's own choice, the personal information entered may be disclosed to the person related to the service.
4) In the case of Paragraph 2, this shall not apply if there is a written request from a relevant national organization in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, or if a warrant is presented for investigative purposes.
5) This site will notify the contents of the service in the event of any changes or additions to the service.
6) If this site recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by members are justified, it shall immediately handle them, and if it is difficult to handle them immediately, it shall notify the member of the reason and the processing schedule.

Article 19 (Obligations of the User)
1) The User shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the instructions or precautions for using the Service.
2) When using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the acts set forth in subparagraph 1 of the following.
(1) Fraudulent use of other users' user IDs and passwords
(2) Use the information obtained by using the Service for reproduction, publication, broadcasting, etc. for purposes other than the use of the User or provide it to a third party without the prior consent of this Site.
(3) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
(4) Acts that threaten national security or are objectively recognized as being connected to a crime
(5) Acts that defame other users or third parties by slandering or defaming them
(6) Disseminating information, sentences, shapes, sounds, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
(7) Acts that violate other relevant laws and regulations
3) The user shall faithfully fulfill the rules of service use, and the user shall be responsible for all problems arising from failure to comply with them. However, this shall not apply in the case of intentional or gross negligence of this site.
4) The User shall not engage in any business activities using the Service except as expressly permitted by this Site.
5) The user shall notify this site without delay of any changes in the contents of the use contract such as address, telephone number, business registration number, etc. or confirm the changes after changing them through the service, and the user shall be responsible for any disadvantages caused by the failure to notify.
6) The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with the use of the services provided by this Site, except for obvious negligence and illegal acts in the operation of this Site.
7) When using all services provided by the 'Site', the Member shall be responsible for all consequences caused to the Member due to failure to properly observe the requirements of the 'Site'.

Article 20 (Post Management) This site may delete or prohibit the posting of posts posted and registered by users to the services provided by this site without prior notice to the user if it is determined that the post falls under any of the following items.
1) Content that defames other users or third parties by slander or libel
2) If the content violates public order and morals
3) Content that infringes on the copyrights and other rights of other users or third parties
4) If the posting period set by this site is exceeded
5) If the material is likely to harm the service or contains viruses, etc.
6) If the content is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.
However, this site does not assume any obligation to censor or search for posts, nor does it assume any liability for damages due to the content and management of posts.

Article 21 (Copyright of Posts)
1) All works shall be handled in accordance with copyright laws. The intellectual property rights of materials posted or registered by users on the Service belong to the copyright holder. You may not utilize the postings without permission, even for non-commercial or educational purposes.
2) Users may not commercially utilize the posted materials, such as processing or selling information obtained by using the Service, and shall be responsible for any problems arising from violation of this provision.

Article 22 (Compensation for Damages) This site is not responsible for any damages incurred by members in connection with the use of the service while the service fee is free.

Article 23 (Disclaimer)
1) This Site shall be exempted from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or similar force majeure.
2) This site is not responsible for any damages caused to members due to information and answers to questions by certain experts provided by this site. Each member confirms that they will use such information based on their own judgment.
3) This site shall be exempted from liability in the event of any disruption in the use of the service due to the fault of the member.
4) This site is exempted from liability for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.

Article 24 (Dispute Mediation and Jurisdiction)
1) Users shall handle any issues related to copyright infringement, defamation, or personal information related to posts and matters related to the use of the Service through the customer center or the right infringement report center operated by this site.
2) In the case of filing a lawsuit for a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service, the court of competent jurisdiction at the location of this site shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.

(Effective Date) These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2019.
